Bonnie L. McGlynn


Bonnie is the principal of Evolve Coaching & Consulting and is a certified Executive and Personal Development Coach.

Bonnie has a rich and diverse background with experience in the public, private and non-profit sectors. She worked for twenty years for the Department of Education in Bermuda in a variety of roles including; Education Officer and School Principal. In addition, Bonnie has had extensive experience in training and has served as an adjunct lecturer at the Bermuda College and Wheelock College's, Bachelor of Education programme. Bonnie then joined the corporate world and was immersed in the hedge fund industry as an Investor Relations Manager. More recently, Bonnie has been able to attain a life-long dream of founding Evolve Coaching & Consulting. 


Bonnie is certified in the Integral Coaching methodology from New Ventures West and holds a Masters Degree in Education from Boston University. She is a member, in good standing, of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds their Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. In addition, she is a Graduate Member (MBPsS) of the British Psychological Society. Bonnie has been coaching for over five years in the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Bonnie was a founding member of two non-profits, the Friends of Hope Academy and KATKiDS. She has served on several boards and advisory groups, including the Government of Bermuda's National Accessibility Advisory Council, The Bermuda Sloop Foundation and KATKIDS. Bonnie has just completed her first year at the University of Bristol's Doctoral of Education programme in learning, leadership and policy. Her passion and research focuses on issues of equity and access for girls and women, with a particular interest in confidence and resilience as women strive for an equal partnership in the global economy.


Bonnie supports her coaching clients in the areas of; relationship building, communication, resilience and honoring their authentic voice in all aspects of life.

Bonnie is certified in both Hatha and restorative yoga and frequently integrates yoga postures and practices to support the coaching process.
